These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at raifoundry.com (the “Site”), operated by R AI FOUNDRY PTE. LTD. (UEN 202633449C), a company incorporated in Singapore (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms cover the corporate Site only. Our apps are governed by their own terms: SG 听写 and Habit Badger.

1. The Site

The Site is an informational website about R AI Foundry and the products we build. Content is provided for general information and may change at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site unlawfully or in breach of these Terms;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems; or
• use the Site to infringe the rights of others.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, logos, and branding (including “R AI Foundry”, “SG 听写”, and “Habit Badger”) — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site except as permitted by law.

4. Third-party links

The Site links to our apps and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site, and your use of them is at your own risk.

5. “As is”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
